Job Description

Strategic Leadership:

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive sales strategy aligned with the overall business objectives.
  • Provide visionary leadership to the sales team, setting clear goals and objectives.

 

Team Management:

  • Recruit, train, and mentor a high-performing sales team.
  • Foster a positive and collaborative team culture.
  • Set individual and team targets and ensure they are met or exceeded.

 

Sales Planning and Forecasting:

  • Develop sales forecasts and budgets in collaboration with other departments.
  • Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer behavior to identify opportunities for growth.

 

Performance Monitoring and Reporting:

  • Implement key performance indicators (KPIs) to track and measure the effectiveness of sales strategies.
  • Provide regular reports and updates to the executive team on sales performance.

 

Client Relationship Management:
