Job Description
- Checking, verifying, and processing warranty claims
- Liaise with Technical Services Dept. on all warranty claim parts, visit customers to investigate and assess parts quality issues and complaints
- Preparation of parts bulletin circulation for product improvement & new product line items announcement to customers, branches & Service Dept.
- Monitoring the movements of all warranty parts submitted to suppliers and ensuring replacements are done within the stipulated time frame.
- A random sampling of incoming Spare Parts to ensure consistency of product quality.
Job Specification
- Hands on experience in the Spare Parts field or Automotive Industry would be added advantage, however local freshers with undergraduate degree are encouraged to apply.
- Candidates with working experience as Automotive Technician an added advantage
- Computer literate with proficiency in MS office applications: MS word / MS excel.
