We are looking for a Recruitment Specialist to undertake all hiring activities, from advertising open roles to interviewing candidates and closing hires.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration
- 3-year experience as a Recruitment Specialist
- Ability to design competitive compensation packages
- Knowledge of sourcing techniques
- Strong command over oral & written English and Nepali
- Ability to manage time and multitask ability
- Pleasant personality
- Excellent negotiation skills
- Knowledge of MS Office package
- Knowledge of local labor law.
Job Responsibilities:
- Build and report hiring plans and strategies
- Creating job descriptions and proposed salary structures for each opening.
- Create and publish job ads in various portals
- Screen resumes and job applications
- Conduct initial phone screens to create shortlists of qualified candidates
- Interviewing shortlisted candidates and selecting the most suitable individual.
- Developing and administering skills alignment exercises to further shorten the list of suitable candidates.
- Follow up with candidates throughout the hiring process
- Maintain a database of candidates
- Extending a job offer to each prospective employee.
- Negotiating with candidates about job-related expectations and compensation.
- Overseeing incumbents’ onboarding processes.
