Other Specification:

  • Bachelor's degree in human resource management, business management, labor relations, or related field
  • Proven experience working as a recruiting manager
  • Sound knowledge of labor legislation and HR practices
  • Proficiency in all Microsoft Office applications as well as recruitment software
  • The ability to work efficiently under pressure.
  • At least bachelor's Degree passed in any discipline.
  • At least 4 years of proven experience in a similar field or 2 years of experience in well established Recruitment Agency in a similar position. 

 

Job Description:

  • Designs new and improved sourcing & successful recruiting strategies for different countries.
  • Identifies sufficient sources of recruitment, assures maximum numbers of candidates, pre-screes, shortlists and selects candidates to meet the assigned project targets.
  • Equally participates in candidate’s briefing before client’s interview and pre-deployment briefing as per company need.
  • Controls & leads the recruiting team, draft daily/weakly/monthly report on its performance and submit to the management concerns on a regular basis.
  • Monitors regular and aggressive follow ups with candidates, branches and other sourcing concerns and keeps updated data for future needs.
  • Monitors recruiting metrics that is recruiting time and recruiting cost.
  • Examines utilizing various recruitment technique/tool and recommend the best option as per the needs of an organization.
  • Assists hiring managers on interviewing, conduct interviews and assist clients need during interview and facilitate proper communication.
  • Conducts required briefing to candidates before client’s interview and pre-departure.
  • Suggests approaches for the improvement of our employer brand.
  • Collaborates with department managers & branch managers to fulfill future hiring needs.
  • Assembles the professional network of an organization through relationships with HR and other professionals.
  • Effectively communicate with team members, trainers and management.
  • Creates and implements strategic recruitment plan based on the organizations goals.
  • Keep abreast of recruitment trends, developments and best practices.
  • Monitors and assures none of the team member is involved in any monetary matters with any candidate/their friend/family/nearest one.
  • Always follows and be adhere to the rules, regulations, HR policies, code of conduct and recruitment policies of the company
  • Performs other tasks & duties as per instruction & advice of higher management.

 

Manager should meet the following requirements:

  • Outstanding understanding and implementation of labor legislation, ILO, IRIS, IOM, RBA and EPP (Ethical/Zero Cost Recruitment Process).
  • Ability to apply advanced strategies to source candidates.
  • Proficient with all recruitments process (e.g. recruiting, interviewing, screening and evaluating).
  • Strong working knowledge of all social networks
  • Great organization and analytical skills.
  • Ability to work in a team or individually as and when required.
  • Ability to manage and handle multiple tasks.
  • Outstanding problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent attention to detail and good customer service skills.
  • Strong work ethics and good time management skills.
  • Ability to lead and motivate the team and outstanding presentation skills.
  • Excellent written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Superb track record in developing and executing successful training programs.
  • Critical thinker with innovative problem solving skills.
  • Highly computer literate with proficiency in MS Office and related business and communication tools.
  • Familiar with traditional and modern training processes.
  • Fantastic organizational and time management skills.
  • Assists and participates in RBA Audit Activities as and when instructed.
  • Meticulous attention to detail & should be fully aware & able to implement Ethical Recruitment Process.
