  • Masters degree in business administration with a major in human resource  management 
  • Knowledge of labor law would add an edge to the position.

  • Ability to cope with conflicting points of view, function under pressure, and demonstrate  discretion, integrity, fair-mindedness, and a persuasive, congenial personality. 
  • A good knowledge of Word, Excel, etc.
