The Duties and Responsibilities of Recovery Associate include the following:
- Receivable management(follow up for collections)
- Handling Email statement of each client every month
- Dispute settlement
- Organize collection meeting every month and assign targets for collection
- Manage Cheques, blacklisting process & etc.
- Suchi darta, quotation preparation etc.
- Account Receivable Management
- Other works assigned by line Managers.
