  • Answer and direct phone calls to appropriate individuals.
  • Maintain a tidy and organized reception area.
  • Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and scheduling appointments.
  • Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence.
  • Provide information to visitors and employees as needed.
  • Coordinate with other departments for smooth office operations.
  • Maintain office supplies and equipment.
  • Follow security procedures for visitor access and confidentiality.
  • Assist in coordinating meetings and events as required.
