Job Description

As a Receptionist / Front desk officer at Meridian International School, you will serve as the first point of contact for parents, visitors, and callers. Your role is essential in creating a positive and welcoming environment while providing administrative support to ensure the smooth operation of our office.

 

  • Greet and welcome clients, visitors, and callers with professionalism and a friendly demeanor.
  • Direct clients and visitors to the appropriate department or personnel, whilst maintaining records of the same.
  • Answer incoming calls, provide information, and route calls to the relevant individuals or departments.
  • Schedule appointments for prospective parents / visitors.
  • Conducting follow-up calls to prospective parents.
  • Maintain office files, related records, and documents.
  • Preparing official documents, letters etc and maintaining records of the same.
  • Provide basic information about our school and our programs to prospective parents and visitors.
  • Ensure the front-desk area is clean, organized, and well-maintained.
  • Guide house-keeping staffs, and mobilising them.
  • Maintaining constant communication and relay necessary information to concerned. blocks/departments/individuals.
