Job Description
As a Receptionist / Front desk officer at Meridian International School, you will serve as the first point of contact for parents, visitors, and callers. Your role is essential in creating a positive and welcoming environment while providing administrative support to ensure the smooth operation of our office.
- Greet and welcome clients, visitors, and callers with professionalism and a friendly demeanor.
- Direct clients and visitors to the appropriate department or personnel, whilst maintaining records of the same.
- Answer incoming calls, provide information, and route calls to the relevant individuals or departments.
- Schedule appointments for prospective parents / visitors.
- Conducting follow-up calls to prospective parents.
- Maintain office files, related records, and documents.
- Preparing official documents, letters etc and maintaining records of the same.
