Other Specification:

• Qualified CA with minimum 2 years of experience
• Mid-level qualified CA
• Semi – qualified CA (Both ICAN & ICAI)
• Strong knowledge of auditing, taxation, laws and regulations of Nepal
• Proficiency in using accounting software
• Having good leadership, analytical and decision making skills.

Job Description:

• Assist in the development of the annual audit plan, as well as execute and  schedule audit engagements and other task
• Lead engagements and execution of day-to-day activities for various clients
• Plan and perform internal, statutory, operational, managerial and all other forms of audits
• Plan and perform assurance engagements
• Plan and allocate resources and individuals in accordance with skills and schedules
• Oversee/manage audit engagements and projects that encompass strategic, operational,  regulatory compliance, information technology, and financial processes with efficiency and  effectiveness, maintaining the standards, in the planning, execution, and reporting of  deliverables
• Managing all phases of an engagement from planning to issuance of financial statements 
• Guide the team in all phases of an audit as needed
• Mentor, train, and develop audit team members on an ongoing basis.
