Requirements/Qualifications:

• Health Assistant or Bachelor Degree in Public Health.
• One year of working experience in relevant field.
• In-depth knowledge of community Health & Wash, Hands-on experience in social mobilization.
• Facilitate workshops and training for enhancing the capacity of FCHVs, HMGs, W/S-WASH-CCs, HFOMCs, PMCs, child club members, parents and community.
• Good communication, team mobilization, leadership & Reporting skill both in English & Nepali.
• Proficiency in MS Office, and the Internet.
• Two-wheeler driving license.
