- Proven experience in property/Asset management, administration, or a related field.
- Strong Knowledge of Asset management laws and regulations.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency in database software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy in data entry.
