Job Description

  • Sourcing Suppliers: Identifying selecting suppliers or vendors for interior design materials, furnishings, and equipment.
  • Vendor Negotiations: Negotiating contracts, prices, and terms with suppliers to ensure cost effectiveness and quality.
  • Inventory Management: Managing and maintaining inventory levels to meet project requirements while minimizing excess stock.
  • Quality Assurance: Ensuring that all materials and products meet quality standards and specifications.
  • Budget Management: Monitoring and controlling procurement budgets to optimize spending.
  • Order Processing: Processing purchase orders, tracking deliveries, and managing order fulfillment.
  • Market Research: Keeping up-to- date with industry trends, pricing, and new products to make informed purchasing decisions.
  • Documentation: Maintaining accurate record of purchases, contracts, and Tendor.
  • Collaboration: Collaborating with interior designers and project managers to understand project requirements and timelines.
