Major Duties and Responsibilities:

• Implement the educational policies and integrate core guidelines into each class curriculum.
• Create and track benchmark for students and teachers and follow up their Progress
• Develop and implement teacher student enhancement plan
• Create an environment free from any bias in which students can achieved their maximum potential.

The candidate must have:

• Minimum M.Phil. Degree or equivalent (Preferably in Education)
• Minimum 5 years of experience as the Principal/Vice Principal in reputed school
• Good moral character and no criminal record (police report)
• Must have excellent computer knowledge and public communication skills
• Must be visionary in leadership, school development plan formulation and implementation
• The idea of modern innovative teaching methodology and must be able to train teachers accordingly
• Demonstrated ability to lead and inspire a diverse team.
