• Minimum Bachelors degree in Education or related field
• Minimum of two years of teaching experience as a grade teacher
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both English and Nepali
• Sound computer skills and technological knowledge
• Excellent understanding of the principles of child development and preschool educational methods 
• Passion for educating children
• Preferably IPC trained or IB certified and experience in progressive pedagogical skills.

Job Description

• Develop interactive and creative course material and lesson plans
• Implementation of the curriculum in classrooms to meet required standards and the individual needs of children
• Organize classroom as well as learning resources to develop a positive learning atmosphere
• Monitor, track, and provide proper guidance for individual student progress
• Collaborate with other teachers to share best practices and provide meaningful feedback regularly
• Maintain relationships with parents and legal guardians of students to keep them informed of their child’s progress
• Organising field trips, events, and extracurricular activities.
