• Bachelor’s degree in teaching or relevant field.
• Must be 1 year ECEC / Rato Bangla trained
• A minimum of 2year experience as a teacher trainer/counsellor
• In-depth knowledge of thematic approach teaching methods and legal educational procedures in Preschool.
• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills in both English and Nepali language.
• Well-organized with excellent leadership abilities.
• Exceptional interpersonal and presentation skills.

Job Description:

• Develop and issue educational content including notes, tests, and assignments.
• Organize supplies and resources for lectures and presentations.
• Deliver personalized instruction to each teacher by encouraging interactive learning.
• Plan and implement educational activities and events
• Prepare and distribute periodic assignments and semester assignments cards.
• Attend parent-teacher meetings.
• Candidate must have knowledge about child development and parenting.
• Candidate must have knowledge about Preschool classroom environment.
