• Conduct daily follow-up with renewal customers and perform field visits as needed.
• Manage customer renewals, billing, and revenue collection processes efficiently.
• Implement daily collection efforts and engage in marketing activities to acquire new connections.
• Generate daily reports in the system and facilitate transfer to the treasury for approval.
• Collaborate with RF area technicians and clients to ensure superior service delivery and offer effective solutions.
• Provide daily updates and reports to the Head of Department (HOD).
• Foster positive relations by coordinating with other departments as necessary.
   

Job Specification

• Have good Computer knowledge
• Two-wheeler with a valid driving license.
