What You'll Work on

  • Complete a broad variety of administrative task for the CEO including but not limited to managing an extremely active calendar of appointments; completing reports; composing and preparing correspondence; 
  • Assist in coordinating the agenda of team meetings and prepare an account (minute) of the meetings and follow up on assigned action items
  • Compiling documents for meetings
  • Arranging travel plans, itineraries, pre and post travel works
  • Communicate with staff on behalf of CEO and coordinate logistics with high-level meetings both internally and externally. Coordinate meetings and strategic activities with the management Team 
  • Communicate directly and on behalf of the CEO with Board members and others on matters related to business/ associations as directed.
  • Draft reports, proposals; prepare and coordinate oral and written communication with all concerned on behalf of the CEO
  • Guest Handling
  • Maintain confidential files and contact information; coordinate meetings, conferences, and committees both on and off-site to support the CEO’s agenda.
  • Participate as an adjunct member of the team including assisting in scheduling, attending meetings. Represent the CEO in designated meetings as required.
  • Handling the documents related to the CEO office and coordination with the concerned department accordingly
  • Other tasks related to the role.
