People and Culture Officer (For Female only)

People and Culture Officer: Female only, Grade 7, based in Kathmandu with frequent field visits.

Duration: Annual contract. There is a possibility of extension subject to performance and LWF Nepal’s future funding levels.

Minimum qualifications and experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in human resource management, or any other relevant fields. Master’s Degree preferred.
• Minimum 3 years of relevant professional experience in Human Resource management, people, and culture of INGO.
• A solid understanding of organizational human resources management.
• Effective verbal and written communication, multi-tasking, organizational, and prioritization skills are necessary.
