Type: Fixed term employment of 2 years from date of employment; based in Country Office.
Knowledge and experience:
- Master’s degree in Business Administration or any relevant field (specialisation preferably in human resources management).
- At least 5 years of professional experience in the field of Human Resources Management in development/humanitarian sector with experience of supervising staff.
- Excellent knowledge of current best practices and emerging themes and trends globally and within the local context.
- Clear understanding of the development sector, its operating and regulatory environment in Nepal.
- Strong knowledge of local labour law and its practical application in workplace.
- Proven experience in managing team and coordination, liaison and networking.
