Competencies and qualifications required

  • Experienced and familiar working with vulnerable groups (victims of abuse and exploitation) and communities especially children, youth and women.
  • Experience in providing psycho-social support
  • Strong learning attitude, open minded, energetic and flexible in time.
  •  Willing to work under high pressure and during off hours (day and night outreach visits).
  • Excellent communication skills with good written and spoken English and Nepali language.
  • At least SLC/SEE pass or equivalent with one year of experience in the related field.

 

Salary for all the positions will be based on the proven track record of experience, achievements and qualification.
