Job Description
Establish vision, mission and values
- Determine the company's vision and mission to guide and set the pace for its current operations and future development.
- Determine the values to be promoted throughout the company.
- Determine and review company goals.
- Determine company policies
Set strategy and structure
- Review and evaluate present and future opportunities, threats and risks in the external environment and current and future strengths, weaknesses and risks relating to the company.
- To ensure to maintain the privacy & confidentiality between both the parties, or while sharing the information within department.
- Also, to make sure there should not be nay “Conflict of interest” arises during correspondence.
- Determine strategic options, select those to be pursued, and decide the means to implement and support them.
- Determine the business strategies and plans that underpin the corporate strategy.
- Ensure that the company's organizational structure and capability are appropriate for implementing the chosen strategies.

Exercise accountability to company and be responsible to the management
- Ensure that communications both to and from owner and management are effective.
- Understand and take into account the interests of owner and management.
- Monitor relations with owner and management by gathering and evaluation of appropriate information from relevant sources.

Operational duties to undertake
- Provide inspired leadership for the organization.
- Make important policy, planning, and strategy decisions for manpower industry.
- Develop, implement and review operational policies and procedures.
- Responsible for complete recruitment lifecycle.
- Perform quality control and monitor recruitment service KPI’s.
- Oversee overall project progress status followed by daily updates.
- Ensure all legal and regulatory documents are filed and monitor compliance with laws and regulations.
- Identify and address problems and opportunities for the company.
- Build alliances and partnerships with other Branch authorities.
Recruitment duties to undertake
- Designs, develops and maintains the effective & efficient recruitment process in the organization (including branch offices).
- Explores Prospect of potential new clients and turn into increased business.
- Designs, develops and confirms the advertisement are published to attract large number of prospective candidates through different media.
- Assesses, evaluates and confirms candidates’ knowledge, skills and abilities through appropriate testing tools.
- Arranges schedule & conduct pre-screening of talents under given guidelines.
- Regularly engages in shortlisting and selecting quality candidates in good number.
- Ensures sufficient candidates are kept talent pool so as to fulfill demand on time.
- Identifies the talent gaps in every project and drive, and immediately formulate strategic recruitment action plan to fill the gap in timely manner.
- Frequently conducts visits & travels in the national market and branch locations with specific recruitment plan to meet the target before deadline.
Education & Qualification
- At least Bachelor Degree (HRM/Marketing/Business Development) from reputed university.
- At least 3/5 years of progressive experience in recruitment/manpower agency/ human resources consultancy or related field.
- Proficient in professional communication skill (Written & Verbal) both English & Nepali.
- Hands-on computer skill (MS Word, Social Media Control, E-correspondence).
- Excellent in public relation, business development, customer care & growth mindset.
- Must be available and willing to frequent visit/travel branch offices out of Kathmandu as per need.
