Operational Manager (Male)

Key Responsibilities:

 

1. Business Strategy and Planning:

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive business strategy, including short-term and long-term goals, to drive growth and profitability.
  • Conduct market research and analysis to identify opportunities, trends, and competitive dynamics.
  •  Define product lines, pricing strategies, and market positioning to maximize market share and customer satisfaction.
  •  Collaborate with the board of directors to establish financial targets and budgets.

 

2. Operations Management:

  • Oversee all aspects of the food manufacturing operations, including production planning, procurement, inventory management, and quality control.
  • Ensure compliance with food safety regulations, quality standards, and industry best practices.
  • Optimize production processes to improve efficiency, reduce costs, and minimize waste.
  • Implement and maintain effective supply chain management practices to ensure timely delivery of products.

 

3. Sales and Marketing:

  • Develop and implement sales and marketing strategies to drive product awareness, customer acquisition, and revenue growth.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including partnerships, distribution channels, and market expansions.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, distributors, and suppliers.
  • Monitor market trends, customer feedback, and competitor activities to adjust strategies as needed.

 

4. Financial Management:

  • Develop and manage the annual budget, ensuring financial targets are met or exceeded.
  • Implement cost control measures to optimize expenses while maintaining product quality.
  • Monitor financial performance, prepare regular reports, and provide analysis to the board of directors.
  • Ensure compliance with accounting principles, tax regulations, and reporting requirements.

 

5. Team Leadership and Development:

  • Recruit, train, and manage a high-performing team across various functional areas, including production, sales, quality assurance, and administration.
  • Foster a positive and inclusive work culture, promoting teamwork, accountability, and continuous improvement.
  • Provide coaching, mentorship, and professional development opportunities for team members.
  • Set performance goals and conduct regular performance evaluations.

 

Qualifications and Requirements:

  • Master's degree in business administration.
  • Proven experience in a senior management role.
  • Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes, quality control, and regulatory compliance.
  • Demonstrated success in developing and executing business strategies that drive growth and profitability.
  • Solid understanding of financial management principles, including budgeting, cost control, and financial analysis.
  • Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.
  • Strong business acumen, problem-solving abilities, and decision-making skills.
  • Exceptional communication and negotiation skills to build relationships with stakeholders, customers, and suppliers.
