Job Description

Onboarding: 

  • Conduct comprehensive training sessions for security guards, house owners, and apartment associations on the features and functionalities. 
  • Collaborate with apartment associations to understand specific needs and tailor the onboarding process accordingly.  

 

Training: 

  • Develop training materials, including manuals and guides, to facilitate effective learning. 
  • Conduct regular refresher training sessions to ensure continued user proficiency.  

 

Support: 

  • Provide on-site and remote support for any technical queries or issues faced by users. 
  • Collaborate with the technical support team to resolve complex issues promptly. 
  • Maintain a positive and professional demeanor when addressing user concerns. 

 

Feedback and Improvement: 

  • Gather feedback from users during the onboarding process and use it to make continuous improvements. 
  • Collaborate with the product development team to communicate user suggestions and improvement opportunities.
