Experience: 1-2 years of relevant experience.

Job Responsibilities:

• Contacting potential clients and creating rapport by networking, cold calling and using referrals
• Design and implement effective marketing strategies to sell new insurance policies or adjust existing ones
• Identify and appraise demands of business or individual customers and sell the suitable insurance plans
• Should have ability to determine the best insurance policy for individual clients.

Other Skills:

• Excellent proficiency in Microsoft word, Excel and PowerPoint
• Excellent verbal, written communication, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently as well as a team member with minimum supervision.
