Job Description:

  • Provide full administrative and secretarial support to the executive.
  • Manage the daily / weekly / monthly agenda and arrange new meetings and appointments.
  • Prepare the official reports. 
  • Prepare the presentation for the meeting, seminar & interview. 
  • Prepare and disseminate correspondence, memos and forms.
  • File and update contact information of employees, candidates & clients.
  • Support and facilitate the completion of regular reports
  • Develop and maintain a filing system and computer database. 
  • Check frequently the levels of office employees, candidates and clients.
  • Make travel arrangements for the executive & official clients.
  • Arrange time schedules and appointments for executive.
  • Email corresponding & International client’s call handling. 
  • Interview scheduling and conduct the interview.
  • Other duties as assigned.
