Position Overview:

As an Office Assistant – Runner, you will be an integral part of our team, contributing to the efficient functioning of our office and providing essential support for various administrative tasks. This role is ideal for a motivated individual who is eager to begin their career in an administrative role.

Responsibilities:

• Visit the bank for cash or cheque deposits and handle various banking tasks such as withdrawals and account inquiries.
• Assist in the collection of bills and payments.
• Provide general administrative support, including mailing, scanning, copying, and assisting various departments.
• Deliver and receive office-related cash, cheques, files, materials, and documents.
• Maintain efficient communication with the corporate team and supervisors.
• Maintain good behavior, attendance, and adherence to the company’s code of conduct.
• Carry out other duties assigned by the seniors.

Requirements:

• +2 (Intermediate) in Management or any field.
• Two-wheeler and a valid driving license.
• Fresher’s are encouraged to apply
• Strong negotiation and communication skills.
• Knowledge of road navigation and locations.
• Ability to work in a documented system.
• Positive attitude and good behavior with colleagues and clients.
