Job Description
- Design and develop a comprehensive curriculum focused on the MERN Stack,covering topics from basic concepts to advanced techniques.
- Conduct dynamic and interactive classroom sessions to impart knowledge on MERN technologies.
- Provide clear explanations, practical examples, and real-world applications to enhance student learning.
- Conduct assessments, quizzes, and practical exams to assess student progress and offer constructive feedback.
- Provide one-on-one mentoring and guidance to students who need additional help or clarification.
- Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment that encourages active participation.
Note: The Instructor is expected to be knowledgeable in JavaScript as well as each of the four technologies and can commit at least 1.5 hrs/day.
Job Specification
- Solid understanding of JavaScript and current best practices in JavaScript development.
- Proficient knowledge of NodeJS, Express.js, React, and MongoDB.
- Experience in deploying NodeJS applications in various environments.
- Strong grasp of REST API design principles and asynchronous programming.
- Familiarity with versioning systems such as SVN and GIT.
- Hands-on experience with project management tools like Redmine and JIRA.
- High level of personal commitment, a can-do attitude, and a drive to deliver excellence.
- Openness to learning and working on new technologies as required.
- Strong communication skills to effectively engage with stakeholders at all levels.
- Security knowledge of NPM modules and a strong understanding of NoSQL databases.
- Bachelor’s or higher degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
- Technically Strong Any Graduate IT Experienced Developer
- 3+ years of related work experience
- Certification/Trainer Experience in relevant technologies would be preferred First.
