Job Description
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve sales targets and objectives within the assigned territory.
- Identify and prospect new customers, including hospitals, clinics, and healthcare professionals, to expand the company's customer base.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
- Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to healthcare professionals to showcase the features and benefits of our medical equipment products.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional materials, campaigns, and initiatives to support sales efforts.
- Keep abreast of industry trends, market developments, and competitor activities to identify opportunities and challenges in the market.
- Prepare and submit sales reports, forecasts, and analysis on a regular basis to management, highlighting sales performance, market trends, and customer feedback.
- Participate in trade shows, conferences, and industry events to network with key stakeholders and promote the company's products and services.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor/ Master degree ( preferably in Science, Biotechnology)
- Proven track record of at least 2-3 years of sales experience in the medical equipment industry or a related field.
- Must have two-wheeler & driving license.
- smart, intelligent, hardworking & honest.
- Excellent communicating skills.
