Responsibilities:
- Develop and review the mathematics curriculum, ensuring alignment with educational standards and best practices.
- Provide leadership and guidance to mathematics teachers, fostering a collaborative and supportive departmental environment.
- Conduct regular classroom observations to evaluate teaching methods, assess teacher performance, and provide constructive feedback.
- Monitor and analyze student performance in mathematics, identifying areas for improvement and implementing intervention strategies as needed.
- Manage and allocate resources efficiently within the mathematics department, including textbooks, teaching aids, and technology.
- Communicate effectively with parents regarding their child's progress in mathematics, addressing concerns and providing updates.
Qualifications:
- Master's degree in Mathematics or a related field; a teaching qualification is desirable.
- Several years of teaching experience in mathematics.
- Leadership or supervisory experience within an educational setting.
- Strong knowledge of curriculum development and educational best practices in mathematics.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Digital literacy
- Good command over English & Nepali Language.
