  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a relevant field.

 

Requirement & Skills: 

  • Excellent written and spoken Nepali & English languages 
  • Understanding of company acts and disciplinary procedures 
  • Outstanding organizational and time-management abilities 
  • Excellent communication, facilitation, and interpersonal skills 
  • Problem-solving and decision-making ability 
  • Strong ethics and reliability 
  • An ability to balance when under pressure

Job Description:

 

Department/Location: Business Development / Head Office 
 

Level: Mid-Level (Supervisory) 

 

Overall Responsibilities: 

  • Developing, organizing and managing sales campaigns and other marketing activities 
  • Visit different locations as designated by line manager, to reach potential clients for sales 
  • Communicating and coordinating with team to deliver great customer experiences 
  • Execute plans with aim of goals achievement including sales target and expenses control 
  • Should adhere to line manager’s tasks, goals, plans and any activities assigned in relation to  business development (Sales and Marketing) 
  • Engage with new potential clients and already available clients to bring higher sales target and  customer values 
  • Develop and maintain PR with all potential or prospects clients and organizations 
  • Follow sales cycle and activities as assigned by line manager 
  • Contact and engage leads digitally 
  • Develop and maintain useful contacts for carrying out campaigns, events and business  developing activities 
  • Maintain client’s profile and documentations 
  • Conducting campaigns and activities audit, and reporting to the line manager 
  • Should learn in-depth knowledge of products and services of the company 
  • Cross functional (such as different departments) communication and teamwork.
