• Master's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
• Minimum of 3 years of proven experience in marketing, preferably in the construction industry
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment
• Demonstrable experience with marketing campaigns and web technologies (e.g. online tools and social media)
• Experience with budget management and reporting
• Good time management and project management skills
• Ability to create persuasive materials and presentations
• Fluency in English and Nepali, both written and spoken.
