Job Responsibilities:
- Conduct market research to identify potential clients, industry trends, and competitor activities
- Analyze data to refine marketing strategies and target audiences
- Identify and qualify potential leads through various channels, including online platforms, industry events, and networking
- Develop and maintain a lead database for follow-up and conversion
- Create compelling marketing materials, including brochures, presentations, case studies, and website content

- Manage the firm's online presence through website updates, SEO, email campaigns, and social media platforms

- Monitor and report on digital marketing metrics to assess campaign effectiveness
- Plan and coordinate participation in industry conferences, trade shows, and networking events
- Organize webinars or workshops to showcase the firm's expertise
- Cultivate relationships with existing and potential clients through regular communication and follow-ups.
- Gather client feedback to improve service offerings and client satisfaction
- Maintain brand consistency across all marketing materials and channels
- Ensure all messaging aligns with the firm's values and positioning
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies and plans to achieve revenue targets
- Collaborate with technical teams to understand and effectively communicate the firm's services and capabilities
- Manage photo/video shoots for seasonal or festive promotions in partnership with the cluster or area marketing team.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field. A background in service field is a plus.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in marketing, preferably in the engineering or technical services sector.
- Strong understanding of marketing principles, strategies, and tactics
- Proficient in using marketing tools, CRM systems, and digital platforms
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions
- Familiarity with engineering services, terminology, and industry trends
- Ability to develop innovative marketing campaigns and strategies
- Strong networking abilities and relationship-building skills
