It is an entry level position and prior work experience is not required. Candidates must have MBA/MBM/MIM Degree in Banking/ Finance/ Marketing/ Economics/ Human Resource/Accounting from recognized university with minimum CGPA 3.3 out of 4 or first division. Successful candidates will undergo on the job training in overall banking procedure and operations. Upon successful completion of the training, candidate shall be placed at head office/ branches of the Bank at Supervisor position.

Other Eligibility Criteria:

• Age of candidate applying for Management Trainee and Trainee Assistant should not exceed 30 years as on May 07, 2024.
• Candidate must have practical knowledge of MS Office applications and must be fluent in English & Nepali (both written and spoken).
• Preference will be given to suitable local candidate or the candidate from the surrounding areas of the Branches.
• Preference will be given to candidate having driving license.
• Preference will be given to candidate having advocate license (For Legal and Share Department only).
