Job Description
- Overall responsible to look-after the daily administrative functions of the company mostly on documents preparation & management.
- To assist in providing Legal opinion on legal issues.
- To assist in cases, writing reply, Court related letter on behalf of the company and its subsidiary companies & attend in Court on behalf of company for pleading.
- To Attend in Court on behalf of the company for Case registration including for TAREKH & PESI of possible cases.
- To prepare and verifying all types of national and international agreements related to the company and its subsidiary companies.
- To prepare recovery letter in coordinating with Sales, Finance and Recovery Department including legal procedure against financial and other mishandling by business associates.
- To do Share related functions, promoter share name transfer, buying & selling including shares related functions as assigned by company secretary.
- Actively involved in the proxy collection including other AGM related functions.
- Assist company secretary on compliance and corporate governance of the company and its subsidiary companies.
- To do all the work related to NEPSE, SEBON, CDSC, Company Registrar, Department of Industry, tax office, Ward office etc.
- Responsible to maintain the compliance/legal/registration/renewal of documents and related activities of the company and its subsidiary companies.
- Prepare Muchulaka of Bids.
- Complete assets numbering coordinating with Finance Department.
- To assist departments to develop forms and format to operate the regular function smoothly.
- To perform other assigned duties as assigned by Supervisor & Company Secretary of the company.
