What you will do in this role:
- The People & Culture Executive is responsible to manage, direct and coordinate all human resources (HR) tasks within the organization.
- To plan, organize & effectively execute all routine functions within the scope of HRM; including recruitment, induction, training & development and coaching/counselling, exit process of employees, etc
- Organize Employee engagement activities
- Oversee daily operations of the People & Culture department.
- Issuing Letter of Employment and coordinating on other employment correspondence
- Arrange Annual performance appraisal of employees
- Maintaining proper filing of Employees Personal files and other relevant documents such as Insurance policies, letters, etc.
- Assess training needs and coordinate learning and development initiatives
- Coordinate with Admin department on enrollment of employees for EPF/ETF
- Continuously monitoring and developing processes, procedures and implementing the same with regard to ISO standard.
What we are looking for (Behavioral Competencies):
- Degree/ Professional qualification in Human Resource Management from a recognized institute
- 2 - 3 Years of work experience in the field of Human Resources.
- Ability to interact with employees across the organization with strong team orientation Experience in using HRIS system
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- A good command in spoken and written English.
