Responsibilities:

• Assist the finance team in maintaining accurate financial records specific to the auto industry.
• Process accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
• Assist in reconciling accounts related to vehicle sales, inventory, and parts, resolving any discrepancies.
• Support in the preparation of financial statements and reports tailored for the auto industry.
• Assist in the analysis of financial data to identify trends and potential issues.
• Collaborate with team members to improve accounting processes and procedures within the auto industry.
• Stay updated on relevant accounting principles, regulations, and industry trends specific to the auto industry.
• Provide support in the preparation of budgets and financial forecasts.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Previous experience as an intern or entry-level accountant within the auto industry is a plus.
• Basic knowledge of accounting principles and practices within the auto industry.
• Familiarity with accounting software and MS Office.
• Detail-oriented and organized.
• Strong numerical and data entry skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
