Job Description:

 

Business Development / Subject Matter Expert

  • Develops a trusted-advisor relationship to establish alignment with customers, sell products and services, and align customer priorities, strategies, and goals with Tech One to build mutually beneficial business plans and improve competitiveness of their business operations.
  • Design and implement a strategic Account plan that expands the company’s customer base and ensures its strong presence.
  • Conduct research to identify new market trends and customer needs.
  • Identify emerging accounts and market shifts while being fully aware of new products and competition status.
  • Achieve growth and hit sales targets successfully. 
  • Develops connections with key customers to close and execute projects.
  • Sales Account Planning - Sells account vision to decision makers at Tech One and the customer by aligning value propositions of products or solutions that are mutually beneficial to both the Customer and Tech One. Translates account vision into action plans.
  • Addressing customer complaints regarding our products and services is an important aspect of maintaining customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Sharing details about any outstanding dues with the leadership & finance department and coordinating with them is crucial for ensuring timely payment and maintaining financial stability with Microsoft.

 

Relationship Building and Communication 

  • Leads collaboration with internal global teams (e.g., category, specialist sales, marketing) to support NP team and leverage resources.
  • Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needs.
  • Prioritizes selling newer, modern devices and services ecosystem to customer to drive Tech One’s mission. 
  • Upsells and cross-sells products and services to partners along with Leadership.
  • Articulates the impact of modern device ecosystem on customer business. Contributes to collaboration strategies and leads collaboration with intelligent edge third-party providers.
  • Leverages deep understanding of Tech One, products, services, and/or market insights, within their scope of responsibility, to guide customers in making joint business decisions. Collaborates with teams in Global Sales, Marketing, and Operations to share accountabilities. 
  • Developing a strong partnership with Microsoft and gaining a comprehensive understanding of their incentive programs can greatly enhance our performance and success.

 

Commercial

 

  • Achieve quarterly and annual sales goals (Topline & Bottomline) and Supervise representatives to ensure sales increase according to targets.
  • Funnel Growth - Topline & Bottom-line along with Net new Opportunities
  • Monitor sales metrics (e.g. quarterly sales results and annual forecasts)
  • By emphasizing the value-added services of Tech One products instead of engaging in a price war, we should secure sales and build a reputation as a provider of high-value solutions.

 

Leadership / Negotiation 

 

  • Develop a Account growth strategy focused both on financial gain and customer satisfaction.
  • Present sales, revenue, and realistic forecasts to the External (MS) and internal along with Leadership
  • Present the Sales Activities in meetings Based on the current FY -Qtr.-Month and Week
  • Set and track sales account targets, aligned with company objectives.
  • Suggest actions to improve sales performance and identify opportunities for growth.
  • Develop entry level staff into valuable Sales Team
  • Prepare sales contracts ensuring adherence to law-established rules and guidelines.
  • Effectively negotiate deals, contracts, or agreements. The ability to negotiate successfully can help organizations save costs, win new business, and build strong relationships with stakeholders.
