Job Description:

• Responsible for the debt financing of the project (Document, preparation & Maintain relationship with Banks)
• Financial Analysis of the upcoming Projects (NPV, IRR, ROE, B/C Ratio, Payback period, etc.)
• Manage to carry out the different works related to the IPO/FPO/Right Call of Companies
• To be part of finance team to analyze the audited financial report of companies
• Prepare Financial Projection of the Companies
• Knowledge of Primary and Secondary Capital Market (SEBON, NEPSE, CDS & Clearing Home).
