Job Description:

• Acquire proficiency in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central and Nav, including Agile’s localized modules.
• Collaborate with senior functional consultants to analyze clients' business requirements, document these needs, and configure ERP systems to address them effectively.
• Set up various components in the ERP system, including general ledger, account receivables, account payable, VAT settings, fixed asset management, inventory management, and cash/bank handling.
• Provide user support to ensure seamless utilization of the ERP system.
• Offer consultancy support on matters such as accounting, taxation, and IT-business integration.
• Conduct user training sessions and maintain up-to-date documentation and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
• Perform rigorous testing of customized modules to ensure their optimal functionality.
• Support clients throughout the IRD (Inland Revenue Department) approval process.
• Engage in analyses related to costing, application entries, and inventory management.
• Design and assess account schedule reports for insightful financial data.
• Participate in fiscal year closing procedures.
• Configure approval workflow settings and manage permissions within the system.
• Mentor and guide junior consultants in their professional growth.
• Undertake additional responsibilities as assigned.
