Job Description

• 1. Oversee the accounting and book keeping processes and evaluate the financial documents for accuracy and compliance with regulatory requirements.
• Preparation of financial statements for statutory audit and internal reporting purpose.
• Preparation of budgets, financial forecasts and variance analysis.
• Oversee tax filings.
• Identify the areas of financial and other compliance risks to the company and present recommendations to mitigate the risks.
• Conduct internal control audit (financial, legal, HR, operational and administrative) on timely manner and present findings to upper management in forms of regular reports and presentations.
• Analyze the practices and prepare plans for better administrative controls within the organization and actively participate in implementation of administrative plans.
• Carry out the responsibilities similar to that of a company secretary.
• For assigned domestic or international projects/tasks, independently correspond and deal with national and international associate companies.
• Willing to take assigned responsibilities and to work as a team member in allocated projects. 11. Willing to travel (domestic and international) for project related assignments.

Job Requirements

• Sound knowledge on accounting practices and taxation.
• Master’s degree with specialization in accounting/ finance with experience of minimum 5 years in finance/accounting. Or Bachelor’s degree with a specialization in accounting/ finance with experience of a minimum 8 years finance/accounting.
• Strong communication, report writing and presentation skills
• Presentable and Smart
• Must have own 2/4 wheeler vehicle.
