- Conduct research on state and federal regulations governing business incorporation.
- Prepare and review legal documents such as articles of incorporation, bylaws, and operating agreements.
- Coordinate with legal professionals, government agencies, and clients to ensure compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements.
- Provide advice and guidance to clients on corporate governance matters.
- Stay updated with changes in corporate law and regulations affecting business incorporation.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation of client engagements.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as an Incorporation Specialist, Corporate Paralegal, or similar role.
- In-depth knowledge of corporate law, business entities, and incorporation procedures.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work with legal documents.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple client engagements.
- Bachelor's degree in Law, Business Administration, or related field (preferred).
