Duties:

Under the direct supervision of the Human Resources Specialist, the Human Resources Assistant manages and administers the USDH Accreditation Program and performs all aspects of EFM Recruitment program as one of the two EFM recruiters. The Incumbent manages USDH Arrival and Departure program through PCS portal and serves as the main POC for arrival and departure related issues. The incumbent also administers LE staff separation program to include all types of separations. The incumbent serves as alternate Master Timekeeper and Payroll Liaison.

 

Qualifications and Evaluations;

Requirements:

 

EXPERIENCE: A minimum of two years of experience in Human Resources is required.

 

JOB KNOWLEDGE: Good knowledge of human resources practices is required. General knowledge of government offices and Ministries and their area of functionality is required.

 

Education Requirements: Two years of university studies is required.
 

Evaluations: These may be tested (Language, Skills and Abilities):

 

LANGUAGE: Level IV (Fluent) speaking/reading/writing English is required. Level IV (Fluent) speaking/reading/writing Nepali is required.

SKILLS AND ABILITIES: Good writing skills are required. The ability to use various Windows based computer applications such as MS Word, MS Outlook, Power Point and MS Excel is required.
