Job Description:

As the Human Resources Officer at Kabeli Hydropower Company Ltd, you will play a pivotal role in managing the human capital of our dynamic organization. You will be responsible for developing and implementing HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business objectives of the company. This role requires a deep understanding of the hydropower industry and its unique challenges, as well as proficiency in HR best practices.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement HR strategies that align with the company's goals and objectives, ensuring the availability of skilled manpower to support the company's operations.
  • Oversee the recruitment and selection process, including sourcing candidates, conducting interviews, and onboarding new employees.
  • Foster a positive work environment by promoting effective communication, resolving conflicts, and addressing employee concerns in a timely and fair manner. 
  • Design and implement performance management systems to monitor employee performance, provide constructive feedback, and identify areas for improvement.
  • Develop and administer competitive compensation and benefits packages to attract and retain employees. 
  • Oversee HR administration tasks, including payroll processing, employee records management, and compliance reporting. 
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations in the workplace. 
  • Develop and implement initiatives to promote employee engagement, such as team-building activities, employee recognition programs, and wellness initiatives.
