Responsibilities:
- Plan and execute the recruitment process for open positions.
- Design competitive and attractive compensation and benefits packages.
- Develop and update HR policies to align with organizational goals and comply with relevant labor laws and regulations.
- Ensure employees adhere to and comply with HR policies and procedures.
- Execute annual employee performance review procedures.
- Provide counseling and support to employees on HR-related matters.
- Organize and coordinate employee events, conferences, and other engagement activities.
- Support the development and implementation of HR initiatives and systems to enhance overall HR efficiency.
Qualifications:
- A bachelor's degree in HR Management or a related field is required.
- Minimum of two years of working experience in a Human Resources role.
- Proven ability to plan, execute, and manage the recruitment and onboarding processes.
- Experience in developing and updating HR policies.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills to interact effectively with employees at all levels.
- Ability to organize and coordinate employee events and conferences.
- Demonstrated ability to support the development and implementation of HR initiatives and systems.
