Location: Suddhodhan, Rupandehi, Nepal

Responsibilities:

• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding of new employees.
• Develop and implement effective human resource policies and procedures in compliance with labor laws and industry standards.
• Administer employee benefits programs and guide HR-related inquiries.
• Coordinate and conduct training sessions for employees on various HR topics.
• Maintain accurate employee records, including personnel files, attendance, and performance evaluations.
• Handle employee relations matters, addressing concerns and conflicts in a fair and timely manner.
• Support the development and implementation of employee engagement initiatives.
• Conduct regular audits to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
• Assist in the development and communication of HR-related policies and guidelines.
• Collaborate with management to create a positive and inclusive work environment.
• Stay informed about changes in labor laws and HR best practices.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Proven experience in human resources roles, with knowledge of HR practices and labor laws.
