- At least 2 years of experience in HR field
- Basic knowledge of labour laws and other legal compliance relating to it.
- Degree in Human Resources or related field
- Sound knowledge of HR principles, practices, and employment laws.
- Strong understanding of recruitment and selection techniques.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build effective relationships with employees at all levels.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills.
- Proficient in HRIS systems and MS Office applications.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Professional certification in HR (e.g., PHR, SPHR) is a plus.
Job Specification:
- Assist with day-to-day operations of the HR functions and duties
- Provide clerical and administrative support to Human Resources Manager
- Compile and update employee records (hard and soft copies)
- Process documentation and prepare reports relating to personnel activities (staffing, recruitment, training, grievances, performance evaluations etc)
- Assist in payroll preparation by providing relevant data (absences, bonus, leaves, etc)
- Coordinate communication with candidates and schedule interviews
- Conduct initial orientation to newly hired employees
- Assist our recruiters to source candidates and update our database
- Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and programs in alignment with the company's goals and values.
