Job Description
- Responsible for assisting in the management of human resources activities at Biratnagar Eye Hospital, including recruitment, selection, orientation, training, performance management, and employee relations.
- Ensure compliance with organizational policies and procedures regarding human resource management, as well as local labor laws and regulations. Implement and update HR policies as necessary.
- Participate in the recruitment and selection process, including advertising vacancies, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, conducting reference checks, and facilitating the hiring process for various positions within the hospital.
- Coordinate training and development programs for staff to enhance their skills and competencies. .
- Assist in the performance management process, including setting performance objectives, conducting performance evaluations, providing feedback to employees, and identifying areas for improvement or development.
- Handle employee relations issues by providing guidance, counseling, and support to employees.
- Manage contracts for employees working on a contract basis, ensuring compliance with terms and conditions of employment and facilitating contract renewals or terminations as needed.
