Other Specification:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience working as an HR Officer
  • In-depth knowledge of HR principles, policies, and practices
  • Excellent interpersonal communication skills (written and verbal)
  • Strong analytical, people management and problem solving skills
  • Ability to act with integrity, professionalism, and maintain confidentiality
  • Thorough knowledge of HRM tools and labor laws.

 

Job Description:

The HR Officer will be responsible for overseeing and managing the human resources function of the  company and will play a crucial role in developing and implementing HR strategies, policies, and  programs that align with the company's objectives. 

 

Responsibilities:

  • Manage employee relations by addressing and resolving employee concerns and conflicts
  • Provide recommendations on employee development strategies and training needs
  • Monitor employee motivation and make appropriate recommendation to ensure positive  employee experience in the organization
  • Designing, directing and managing company-wide process of organization development that  addresses issues such as succession planning, superior workforce development, key employee  retention, organization design, and change management
  • Works closely with the department heads and functional managers in their communication, feedback, recognition, and interactions with the employees who report to them
  • Administering the HRIS system and utilizing it to eliminate administrative tasks and maintain  effective communication with the staffs and meet other needs of the organization. 
  • Working closely with department heads to plan, execute and monitor the appraisal of employee
  • Conducting regular HR audits; scheduling periodic meetings with employees; hearing and  resolving employee grievances; counseling employees and supervisors and taking necessary  disciplinary actions
  • Providing guidance, coaching, and support to team members, fostering a collaborative work  
  • Ensure HR policies and practices are in compliance with legal requirements 
  • Stay updated on HR trends, best practices, and legal requirements to ensure compliance and provide recommendations for improvement.
