Job Description:
The HR Officer will be responsible for overseeing and managing the human resources function of the company and will play a crucial role in developing and implementing HR strategies, policies, and programs that align with the company's objectives.
Responsibilities:
- Manage employee relations by addressing and resolving employee concerns and conflicts
- Provide recommendations on employee development strategies and training needs
- Monitor employee motivation and make appropriate recommendation to ensure positive employee experience in the organization
- Designing, directing and managing company-wide process of organization development that addresses issues such as succession planning, superior workforce development, key employee retention, organization design, and change management
- Works closely with the department heads and functional managers in their communication, feedback, recognition, and interactions with the employees who report to them
- Administering the HRIS system and utilizing it to eliminate administrative tasks and maintain effective communication with the staffs and meet other needs of the organization.
- Working closely with department heads to plan, execute and monitor the appraisal of employee
- Conducting regular HR audits; scheduling periodic meetings with employees; hearing and resolving employee grievances; counseling employees and supervisors and taking necessary disciplinary actions
- Providing guidance, coaching, and support to team members, fostering a collaborative work
- Ensure HR policies and practices are in compliance with legal requirements
- Stay updated on HR trends, best practices, and legal requirements to ensure compliance and provide recommendations for improvement.
