Location: Kathmandu Office

Responsibilities:
Assist in development and implementation of HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy, Bridge management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances or other issues, Manage the recruitment and selection process, Support current and future business needs through the development, engagement, motivation and preservation of human capital, Assist in development and monitoring of HR strategies, systems, tactics and procedures across the organization, Nurture a positive working environment, Assist in overseeing and managing a performance appraisal system that drives high performance, Assist in payroll management and benefits program, Assess training needs to apply and monitor training programs, Report to management and provide decision support through HR metrics, Ensure legal compliance throughout human resource management including all other related works as per instruction by the Head of HR and the Management.

Educational Qualifications: Bachelor Degree in Human Resources Management.

Experience: Minimum 3-5 Yrs. Experience as HR Officer in a reputed Trading House.

Salary & Perks: Negotiable depending on experiences of Candidates as per the positions mentioned above. The Salary and Perks shall not be constraint for the right candidates. All candidates must have professional experiences working in above mentioned positions preferably with Trading House in the Medical Sectors and must be frequently willing to travel throughout Nepal as part of employment.

NOTE: All candidates must have compulsorily own 2 Wheelers with updated Licenses.
