Responsibilities:
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, screening resumes, conducting interviews, and onboarding new employees.
- Administer and update HR policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with labor laws and regulations.
- Oversee employee relations, addressing concerns, and facilitating a positive work environment.
- Handle performance management, employee development, and training initiatives.
- Supervise day-to-day office operations to ensure a smooth and efficient workflow.
- Maintain employee records, including attendance, leaves, and personnel files.
- Coordinate with external vendors for office supplies, equipment, and maintenance.
- Manage travel arrangements, accommodation, and logistics for employees, as needed.
- Implement and enforce administrative policies and procedures.
- Administer employee benefit programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and other perks.
- Promote employee well-being initiatives and organize team-building activities.
- Stay updated on labor laws, regulations, and industry best practices to ensure legal compliance.
- Prepare and submit required reports to regulatory authorities.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience as an HR & Admin Officer or similar role.
- Strong understanding of Nepal’s labor law, regulations, and HR best practices.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Proficient in MS Office and HRIS (Human Resources Information System) software.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
- Proactive problem-solving skills and a positive attitude.
